"For J's" Grilled Shrimp Supreme

Ingredients: 3 lbs raw shrimp 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar 5 teaspoons rice wine vinegar 5 teaspoons mirin 2 teaspoon garlic (minced) 2 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon oyster sauce 1/8 teaspoon "For J’s" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Salt Instructions: Peel legs off shrimp. Using kitchen scissors, cut through shrimp from the back shell to butterfly. Score shrimp flesh horizontally to prevent curling. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl; blend well. "For J's" Pork Roast

Ingredients 4 pounds pork butt (boneless)1 1/2 Tablespoons "For J's Garlic Salt"3-4 garlic cloves (slices) Instructions:  Insert small paring knife (2-3 inches deep) all over roast for just the right amount of garlic slices. Then insert garlic slices in each pocket. Rub “for J’s” Sea Salt all over pork and marinate over night in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Place pork in pan, fat side up & uncovered. Ingredients: 1 can corned beef 1 small onion (chopped) 1 large potato (grated, squeeze out any excess liquids) 3 Tablespoon green onion (chopped ¼ inch) 1/2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt or "For J's" Kiawe Smoke Sea Salt  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg 2 pinches black pepper Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) Instructions: Peel and grate your potato, then squeeze out as much liquid as you can.  Chop the onion into medium size pieces.
