"For J's" Basil Pesto Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans (15 oz) garbanzo beans (drained, reserve ½ cup liquid)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Tablespoon "For J's" Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup reserved liquid from garbanzo beans
  • ½ teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion or Hawaiian Chili Pepper)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor; mix until ingredients are well blended.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve with Chips, crackers, pita chips or cut raw vegetables.
