"For J's" Corned Beef Hash Patties

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 large potato (grated)
  • 3 Tablespoon green onion (chopped ¼ inch)
  • ½ teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (any flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • ½ cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients (except Panko) in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix by hand to blend ingredients.
  3. Form into 3 inches patties.
  4. Coat patties with Panko.
  5. Heat frying pan with 3 Tablespoons oil and fry patties until crispy golden brown.
