"For J's" Crispy Fried Chicken
INGREDIENTS

6 to 7 lb chicken (wings, drumettes, thighs, or drumsticks)

2 teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (any single of combination of flavors)

2 Tablespoon liquid (water, Tabasco, beer or buttermilk

1½-2 cups self-rising flour or all purpose flour
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle salt over chicken.
- Mix and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain and add 2 Tablespoons liquid of choice.
- Sprinkle flour over chicken and mix until flour flakes on pieces.
- Heat oil in skillet or deep fryer to 400°.
- Gently drop chicken pieces into oil and fry until crispy golden brown.
- Drain chicken on absorbent paper towels.
- Keep warm in oven at 170° until ready to serve.
