"For J's" Curried Hummus
INGREDIENTS

garbanzo beans (drained, reserve ½ cup liquid)

olive oil

garlic (crushed)

curry powder

fresh lemon juice

cup
liquid from garbanzo beans

teaspoon
"For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion or Hawaiian Chili Pepper)
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in blender or food processor; mix until ingredients are well blended.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with Chips, crackers, pita chips or cut raw vegetables.
