Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard (Colman's Mustard)
- 2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt
or "For J's" Maui Onion Sea Salt
or "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt - 1 cup oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (except oil) in blender at medium speed; then gradually add oil.
- Pour into glass bottles; refrigerate.
Variation:
Add 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil or 2 teaspoons roasted black sesame seeds.
