"For J's" Garlic Chicken Wings

Wings Ingredients: 1 to 4 lb chicken wings 2 teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion or Hawaiian Chili Pepper) all purpose flour (for coating) Sauce Ingredients 1/3 cup shoyu (light soy sauce) 1/3 cup sugar 6 cloves garlic (minced) 1 Tablespoon green onions 6 dashes Togarashi (Japanese chili pepper) Instructions: Sprinkle salt over chicken wings. Mix and marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Coat wings in all purpose flour. Deep-fry or pan-fry until crispy golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towel. Stir sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken.

Ono Soybeans (Edamame)

Soybean Ingredients: 1 lb frozen soybeans 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic or Hawaiian Chili) Sauce: 1/4 cup shoyu (light soy sauce) 1/4 cup sugar 2 garlic cloves (chopped fine) 4 dashes Togarashi (Japanese chili pepper) Instructions: Follow cooking direction on back of frozen soybean package. Place drained soybeans in a mixing bowl. Add "For J's" Sea Salt and toss to coat soybeans. Stir sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour a thin layer of sauce on bottom of serving platter. "For J's" Grilled Shrimp Supreme

Ingredients 3 lbs raw shrimp 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar 5 teaspoons rice wine vinegar 5 teaspoons mirin 2 teaspoon garlic (minced) 2 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon oyster sauce 1/8 teaspoonFor J’s Hawaiian Chili Pepper Salt Instructions: Peel legs off shrimp. Using kitchen scissors, cut through shrimp from the back shell to butterfly. Score shrimp flesh horizontally to prevent curling. Combine marinade ingredients; blend well. Ingredients: 1 to 2 pounds fish cake - may use a variety of flavored fish cake or imitation crabmeat. (Cut into bite-size pieces) 2 to 3 Japanese cucumbers (cut into bite-size pieces) 1/2 medium sweet onion (Vidalia, Maui Onions, etc.) sliced green onions (chopped) toasted sesame seeds (optional) Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add “For J’s Steak Poke Sauce” to desired taste. Top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds for presentation. *Serve cold.
