"For J's" Haupia Brulee
(coconut pudding)
1 quart whipping cream (for rich Haupia) or milk (skim or whole milk)
2 cans coconut milk
1 cup sugar (regular white sugar)
2 pinches salt
Thicken with a mixture of :
Cornstarch & water until it becomes thick
Refrigerate in glass or ceramic cups.
Right before serving, sprinkle with:
For J's Natural Lychee or Pineapple Sugar then torch top until golden brown.
