"For J's" Haupia Brulee (Coconut Pudding)

Ingredients: 1 quart whipping cream (for rich Haupia) or milk (skim or whole milk) 2 cans coconut milk 1 cup sugar (regular white sugar) 2 pinches salt Instructions: In a pot, add all the ingredients and bring to a light simmer to dissolve the sugar.  Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch & water until it becomes thick Refrigerate in glass or ceramic cups. Right before serving, sprinkle with "For J's" Natural Lychee or "For J's" Pineapple Sugar then torch top until golden brown.

Ingredients: 2 cup all purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup white sugar 4 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons shortening 3/4 cup whipping cream or milk 1 egg (slightly beaten)  1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit) "For J's" Mango Sugar or "For J's" Pineapple Sugar Instructions: In large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and white sugar; blend well.
