Salt with Aloha
Hawaiian Chili: The hint of its fiery heat is dependent on the dish; but its the magical property of the Hawaiian Chili Pepper that makes the dish especially tasty. Use in place of regular table salts in your favorite recipes. Great for soups, stir-fry, seafood dishes and grilled vegetables or meats.
Kiawe: Kiawe (pronounced "kee-ah-vay") is a cousin to mesquite but with a deeper more intense flavor. This is especially good on steak, pork, poultry, or seafood, as well as soups and chowders. Our favorite is on fresh salmon baked or grilled. For steak lovers, our Grilled Paniolo Steak recipe will surely make you famous.
Maui Onion: Made with fresh Maui Onion only grown on the slopes of the dormant volcano, Haleakala. The sweetness of this onion adds a wonderful complexity improving the flavor of your dish. Also performs well as a finishing salt.
