"For J's" Corned Beef Hash Patties

Ingredients: 1 can corned beef 1 small onion (chopped) 1 large potato (grated, squeeze out any excess liquids) 3 Tablespoon green onion (chopped ¼ inch) 1/2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt or "For J's" Kiawe Smoke Sea Salt  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg 2 pinches black pepper Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) Instructions: Place all ingredients (except Panko) in a large mixing bowl. Mix by hand to blend ingredients. Form into 3 inches patties. Coat patties with Panko. "For J's" Pickled Onions (Portuguese Style)

"For J's" Pickled Onions (Portuguese Style)

Ingredients: 4 pounds sweet onions 1 1/2 cups vinegar 1 1/2 cups water 2 Tablespoons "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt or "For J’s" Garlic Sea Salt 1/4 cup sugar 4 clove garlic, chopped Instructions: Cut onions into wedges. Put into glass jars and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients until salt and sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid over onions. Cover and let stand for 24 hours, then store in refrigerator. *May add 3 crushed Hawaiian Chili Peppers for more heat.

Ingredients: 4+ lbs whole salmon 2 small onions (minced) 10 mushrooms (thin sliced) 2 teaspoon thyme (ground) 6 Tablespoons fresh parsley (minced) 4 egg yolks 2 cup crab meat 1 cup butter 2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1 cup white or red wine bacon [optional] Instructions: Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter until translucent. Add mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon "For J's" sea salt, thyme and parsley, then cook for 3 minutes. Combine mixture with remaining butter (melted), bread crumbs and crab, then blend in egg yolks. Ingredients: 2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 4-6 cloves garlic 3-5 new or red potatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 yellow onion teaspoon thyme or rosemary (fresh or dried) 1 1/2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt 3 Tablespoons olive oil several dashes fresh ground pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
