"For J's" Turkey Brine

Ingredients: 1 cup "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1 cup brown sugar (packed) 1 1/2 gallons cold water 12 to 14 lb turkey (thawed) Instructions: In a large turkey size Reynolds roasting bag, place salt and sugar and water. Dissolve salt and sugar. Save the cooking timetable on the package of your turkey as you remove the wrap from your fully thawed turkey. "For J's" Papaya Seed Salad Dressing

Ingredients: 1 cup white wine vineger 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's) 2 teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion, or Hawaiian Chili Pepper) 2 cup oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower) 1/2 small onion (minced) 2 Tablespoon papaya seeds Instructions: Place vinegar and dry ingredients in blender. Mix at medium speed; gradually add oil and onion. Add papaya seeds; blend until seeds are cut to the size of coarsely ground pepper. Pour into glass bottles and refrigerate. Dressing can also be used as a meat marinade.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 large tomatoes 1 small red bell pepper (chopped) 1 to 4 dried chili de arbol pods 6 cloves garlic (unpeeled) 1/2 bunch cilantro or Chinese parsley (chopped) 2 teaspoon "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1 teaspoon sugar Instructions: Slow roast whole garlic cloves until softened; set aside. Char chili de arbol pods at medium high heat until thoroughly blackened; grind and set aside. Chop tomatoes, bell pepper and cilantro; set aside. Ingredients: 1 can tomato soup 3/4 cup sugar 1½ teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's) 2 teaspoon yellow mustard (French's) 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoon "For J's" Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion, or Hawaiian Chili Pepper) 1/2 cup oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower) 2/3 cup white wine vineger 2 teaspoon onion (minced) 1 teaspoon black pepper 4 cloves garlic (minced) Instructions: Mix all ingredients (except oil) in blender at medium speed; gradually add oil.
