"For J's" Guava Kiawe Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients: 1/2 onion (chopped) 1 teaspoon oil 1/2 cup water 2 cups Ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups Guava Jam 1/4 teaspoon Five Spice Powder 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce 1/4 cup "For J's" Kiawe Liquid Smoke 1/4 cup shoyu (soy sauce) Instructions: Add oil in pot and sauté onions. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then lower temperature to medium-low. Simmer for at least an hour. Let mixture cool. Put in blender until sauce is smooth.

"For J's" Garlic Chicken Wings

Wings Ingredients: 1 to 4 lb chicken wings 2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt or "For J's" Maui Onion Sea Saltor "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt all purpose flour (for coating) Sauce Ingredients 1/3 cup shoyu (light soy sauce) 1/3 cup sugar 6 cloves garlic (minced) 1 Tablespoon green onions 6 dashes Togarashi (Japanese chili pepper) Instructions: Sprinkle salt over chicken wings. Ingredients: 7 oz. bag "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1 cup brown sugar (packed) 1 1/2 gallons cold water 12 to 14 lb turkey (thawed) Instructions: In a large turkey size Reynolds roasting bag, place salt and sugar and water. Dissolve salt and sugar. Save the cooking timetable on the package of your turkey as you remove the wrap from your fully thawed turkey. Ingredients: 1 can tomato soup 3/4 cup sugar 1½ teaspoon dry mustard (Coleman's) 2 teaspoon yellow mustard (French's) 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoon "For J's" Garlic Sea Salt or "For J's" Maui Onion Sea Saltor "For J's" Hawaiian Chili Pepper Sea Salt 1/2 cup oil (vegetable, canola or sunflower) 2/3 cup white wine vineger 2 teaspoon onion (minced) 1 teaspoon black pepper 4 cloves garlic (minced) Instructions: Mix all ingredients (except oil) in blender at medium speed; gradually add oil.
