"For J's" Haupia Brulee (Coconut Pudding)


  • 1 quart whipping cream (for rich Haupia) or milk (skim or whole milk)
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar (regular white sugar)
  • 2 pinches salt


  1. Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch & water until it becomes thick
  2. Refrigerate in glass or ceramic cups.
  3. Right before serving, sprinkle with "For J's" Natural Lychee
    or "For J's" Pineapple Sugar then torch top until golden brown.
